Britov Kim

Britov , Kim Nikolaevich (1925, Sobinka, Vladimir Region — 2010, Vladimir)
Painter. Founder of the original Vladimir school of painting. Studied at the Mstyora School of Art (1945–1948). Contributed to exhibitions (from 1947). Fought in WWII. People’s Artist of Russia (1995), winner of the Isaac Levitan Prize (2002). Honoured Citizen of Vladimir (2003).
